Parla is a water-based spray sealant with a crisp, glass-like finish. Fantastisk is a hybrid paste wax (50% carnauba, 50% nano sealant) with a warmer, richer look. Always apply the sealant first and wait at least one hour before layering the wax on top. Applying a sealant over an oil-based wax will prevent it from bonding properly.

When polishing with Skara, work away from cut vinyl edges, not towards them. Glasyr protective glaze also works on vinyl and provides UV protection.

Hjul uses three types of chemistry: a fallout remover (sodium thioglycolate) for iron brake dust, detergents for mud, and solvents for tar. The purple colour change only signals that iron contamination is being broken down. It does not confirm mud or tar are removed. Agitation with a barrel brush and wash mitt is always needed for a thorough clean.

Forst is a pH 13 alkaline pre-wash suited to heavily soiled cars, wheel arches, lower sections, and engine bays. Because it is highly alkaline, it will strip waxes and sealants from the paint. If the car has existing protection you want to keep, use a snow foam (lower pH) instead of Forst as your pre-wash.

Start with Hjul on the wheels, then apply Forst over the whole car and rinse. Follow with Sno snow foam as a second pre-wash layer. Contact wash with Matta (residue-free shampoo) before any polish stage.
