CA Detailing Price Match Promise

At CA Detailing, we want you to shop confidently, knowing you are receiving a competitive price alongside genuine UK stock and specialist customer support.

If you find an identical product advertised for less by an eligible UK retailer, contact us before placing your order and we will review the price-match request.

How to Request a Price Match

Before purchasing, email support@cadetailing.co.uk with:

• A link to the product on the CA Detailing website.

• A direct link to the competitor’s product page.

• The quantity you would like to purchase.

• Your delivery postcode, so we can compare the total delivered price.

Screenshots may be provided as supporting evidence, but we must also be able to view and verify the competitor’s live product page.

Once approved, we will provide a product-specific discount code, payment link or amended invoice. Price matches cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

Price-Match Requirements

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be completely identical, including the brand, model, manufacturer product code, size, colour, variant, specification and pack quantity.

• The competitor must be an established, UK-based, VAT-registered retail business with a valid UK VAT number.

• The competitor must be selling the product directly and must be an authorised retailer of the relevant brand.

• The product must be genuine UK stock supplied with the same manufacturer warranty and UK after-sales support.

• The product must be brand new, unused, unopened and in its original retail packaging.

• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and dispatch.

• The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers without requiring an account, membership or subscription.

• We must be able to complete a genuine checkout or otherwise verify that the product can be purchased at the advertised price.

• The competitor must have sufficient stock available for the quantity being requested.

• The request must be submitted and approved before the CA Detailing order is placed.

How We Compare Prices

We compare the total price payable, including:

• VAT.

• Delivery charges.

• Handling fees.

• Any other compulsory charges required to complete the purchase.

A competitor advertising a lower product price but charging more for delivery may not have a lower total price.

Where the competitor displays prices excluding VAT, VAT will be added before the comparison is made. Offers from businesses that are not VAT registered are excluded from the Price Match Promise.

Excluded Sellers and Offers

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

• Private sellers or individuals.

• Non-VAT-registered businesses.

• Overseas retailers or products dispatched from outside the UK.

• Grey imports or products without a valid UK manufacturer warranty.

• Third-party marketplaces, auction websites or social media sellers, including listings on Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms.

• Trade-only suppliers, wholesalers or distributor pricing.

• Trade account, employee, affiliate, influencer, student or industry pricing.

• Membership, subscription or loyalty-only prices.

• Personalised, targeted or account-specific discounts.

• Voucher codes, referral codes, cashback offers or reward-point redemptions.

• Finance-dependent or payment-method-specific prices.

• Multi-buy discounts where the same quantity is not being purchased from CA Detailing.

• Bundles, kits or packages containing different products or quantities.

• Offers that include free products, free accessories, gifts or additional services.

• Used, returned, ex-display, refurbished, damaged, open-box or incomplete products.

• Clearance, liquidation, closing-down, end-of-line or discontinued-stock offers.

• Pre-orders, back-orders or special-order products.

• Pricing errors, website errors or prices that the competitor refuses or is unable to honour.

• Prices below our verified purchase cost or offers that would require CA Detailing to complete the sale below cost.

• Delivery-only differences, installation services or other services not included with the CA Detailing product.

Promotional and Discounted Orders

An approved price match cannot normally be combined with:

• CA Detailing discount codes.

• Sitewide promotions.

• Trade pricing.

• Loyalty reward redemptions.

• Cashback.

• Multi-buy discounts.

• Free gifts or gift-with-purchase promotions.

• Any other promotional offer.

Where more than one discount or promotion is available, the customer may choose the offer that provides the best overall value. Any exception must be confirmed by CA Detailing in writing.

Approval and Validity

Price-match requests are subject to verification and stock availability.

An approved price match:

• Is valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

• Applies only to the specific product, quantity and customer approved.

• Cannot be transferred to another customer or order.

• May be limited to the competitor’s available stock.

• May be limited to a reasonable purchase quantity.

• Does not reserve stock until the order has been completed.

If the competitor changes its price, removes the offer or sells out before the purchase is completed, the approved price match may no longer be valid.

Previous Purchases

Price-match requests must be made before purchasing. We do not refund price differences or apply price matches to orders that have already been placed, paid for or dispatched.

Our Right to Verify

CA Detailing may contact the competitor, attempt to complete a checkout or request further evidence before approving a claim.

We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions of this policy or where the advertised price cannot be independently verified.

We may amend or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time. Any price match already approved in writing will remain valid until its stated expiry time.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
