Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Times For UK

We are pleased to offer free Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Fedex delivery for all orders. Here's what you can expect:

  • Orders placed after 3 PM are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed before 3 PM excluding public holidays are dispatched the same day
  • Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.
  • Express delivery typically takes 1-2 days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking the Royal Mail website for any service alerts or updates on potential delays.

2. Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer free shipping either by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Fedex on all orders with £60 minimum purchase.

For orders under £60, shipping is £3.95.

3. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping in the United Kingdom only.

4. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all Royal Mail deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this email to ensure that all shipping and billing information is accurate. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact our customer support team immediately.

6. Address Accuracy

To ensure accurate delivery, please double-check and provide a complete and correct shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Items/Shipments

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can make a claim with the courier on-time. You must have photographic evidence of any damage to the box, packaging, product and shipping label and keep the item and packaging for the duration of the claim. Failure to do any of the above will invalidate your claim and no refund or replacement will be honoured. Note, claims may take up to 30 working days for a final resolution, no action will be taken until the claim has concluded.

8. Delivery Expectations and Conditions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Delivery windows are approximate, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a 2 Day Delivery Service while Royal Mail Tracked 24 is quoted by Royal Mail as being a Next Day Delivery Service, However, this is not a guaranteed service. Although couriers deliver over 95% of orders the next working day, we cannot guarantee every order will be received the Next Working Day. 
  • If a delivery delay occurs, postal charges will not be refunded unless the delay is caused by a clear error on our part.  Delays caused by the courier are not eligible for postal charge refunds.
  • An item will be considered lost if there have been significant delays or no updates 7 working days from the shipping date or last tracking update. If you have not received your order after this period, please contact us. We will promptly investigate the issue with the courier and provide you with a resolution. Refunds and replacements will be issued only after the conclusion of the investigation.
