These terms apply to all CA Detailing free gift promotions unless stated otherwise on the specific offer.
Eligibility
To qualify for a free gift, the relevant free gift item must be shown in your basket at checkout. If the free gift is not shown in your basket, the order may not qualify for the promotion.
Offer Period
Free gift offers are valid until the stated end date, where an end date is provided, or while stocks last, whichever comes first.
Stock Availability
Free gifts are subject to availability. Although we make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, there may be rare occasions where a free gift appears in your basket but is unavailable when your order is picked and packed.
If a Free Gift Is Unavailable
If the selected free gift is unavailable at the time of dispatch, CA Detailing reserves the right, at our discretion, to offer an alternative free gift, provide store credit, remove the free gift from the order, or take any other action we consider appropriate. Customers are not entitled to choose the replacement item or remedy.
No Cash Alternative
Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or used as credit against an order unless CA Detailing chooses to offer store credit as a goodwill gesture.
Excluded Customers
Trade customers, wholesale customers, trade account holders, and business-to-business customers are excluded from free gift promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Excluded Spend
Spend on tools and accessories is excluded from any qualifying spend threshold unless expressly stated otherwise on the offer. Only eligible products count towards the qualifying spend.
Basket Value Requirements
If a promotion requires a minimum spend, the qualifying spend must be met after any discounts, discount codes, gift cards, refunds, or excluded products have been applied. Delivery charges do not count towards the qualifying spend unless stated otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
If an order is returned, cancelled, partially refunded, or amended so that it no longer meets the promotion requirements, the free gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition. If the free gift is not returned, CA Detailing reserves the right to deduct the value of the free gift from any refund due.
One Free Gift Per Order
Unless stated otherwise, free gift promotions are limited to one free gift per eligible order and cannot be combined with any other free gift promotion.
Promotion Abuse
CA Detailing reserves the right to cancel, amend, or refuse any free gift promotion where we believe there has been misuse, abuse, manipulation of the offer, duplicate accounts, repeated returns, or any attempt to unfairly obtain a free gift.
Changes to Promotions
CA Detailing reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend, or cancel any free gift promotion at any time, without prior notice, where necessary due to stock availability, technical issues, errors, misuse, or circumstances outside our control.
Errors and Technical Issues
If a free gift is added to a basket or order due to a website error, pricing error, technical issue, or incorrect promotion setup, CA Detailing reserves the right to remove the free gift from the order before dispatch.
Final Decision
CA Detailing’s decision on eligibility, qualifying spend, excluded products, substitutions, and promotion application is final.
