Why Tolco?

Tolco is unique for building sprayers to professional standards rather than retail ones, with chemical-resistant seals and valves that keep working with the acids, solvents and degreasers that destroy ordinary trigger heads. From the 320CR chemical-resistant sprayer to smart proportioning tools, Tolco is the choice of detailers who get through triggers faster than they get through chemicals.

Frequently asked questions

What does Tolco make?
Tolco is an American manufacturer of professional spray hardware, and what we stock are the parts rather than complete bottles: the Black and Gold acid-resistant trigger spray head, model 320AS, and the Model 322 white foamer at 9.25 inches. Both are built for chemical use in a working environment, which is why they turn up in professional detailing setups where a standard trigger head would fail within weeks.
Why buy a trigger head on its own?
Because the trigger is the part that fails, not the bottle. On a dilution bottle used with acidic wheel cleaner or an alkaline APC, the seals and spring in an ordinary head degrade and you end up with a stiff trigger and an uneven spray, while the bottle itself is fine. Replacing the head is cheaper than replacing the whole thing, and it lets you standardise on one good head across several bottles.
What is the difference between the acid-resistant head and a foamer?
The 320AS acid-resistant head produces a normal spray and is built to survive aggressive chemistry, which makes it the choice for acidic wheel cleaners and fallout removers. The Model 322 foamer converts the product into a clinging foam instead, so it stays on vertical panels and inside wheel barrels long enough to dwell. Use the spray head for products you apply and wipe, and the foamer for products that need dwell time.
Will these fit my existing bottles?
They use the standard neck sizes found on typical detailing dilution bottles, so in most cases they will fit what you already own. If you are running non-standard bottles it is worth checking the neck thread before ordering. As a general habit, label every bottle with both the product and the dilution once you have fitted a head, and keep one head per chemical family rather than moving a head between acidic and alkaline products.
