Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at CA Detailing. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

14-Day Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cadetailing.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured (up to the value of the items) shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items where the return label was not provided by us.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@cadetailing.co.uk. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can make a claim with the courier on-time. You must have photographic evidence of any damage to the box, packaging, product and shipping label and keep the item and packaging for the duration of the claim. Failure to do any of the above will invalidate your claim and no refund or replacement will be honoured. Note, claims may take up to 30 working days for a final resolution, no action will be taken until the claim has concluded.

Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or amend your order. We will always do our best to action your request. However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly and our customer support team may be assisting other customers when your message is received. Courier collections can also take place at different times, which are outside our control.

Once an order has been processed, packed or collected by the courier, we may be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may need to receive the order and follow our standard returns process.

Submitting a cancellation request does not confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your cancellation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Returns: If you were granted a free gift(s) and you return an item(s) in your order. If the order value (before shipping) is below the free gift threshold, you will need to return the gift in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the free gift(s) are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the retail value from your refund.
