1. How do I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Methods and Times

We are pleased to offer free Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce Tracked delivery for all orders over £50. Here's what you can expect:

  • Order placed after 3PM are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed before 3PM are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking the couriers website for any service alerts or updates on potential delays.

2. Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping in the United Kingdom.

3. How can I track my order?

We provide tracking information for all deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. What are your shipping costs?

We are proud to offer free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

5. When will I receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review this email to ensure that all shipping and billing information is accurate. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact our customer support team immediately.

6. What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

To ensure accurate delivery, please double-check and provide a complete and correct shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

While we take great care in packaging and delivering your orders, occasionally, items may be lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly.
