Buying an MPC means buying a dilution range, not a single fixed product, and reading the label's job-by-job guidance is not optional.
It's also why a concentrate beats a ready-to-use bottle on value almost every time. A ready-to-use APC priced around £9 for 500ml is mostly water; the same cleaning strength mixed from a concentrate like Surfex-HD (roughly 100ml of product to 900ml of water) comes from a bottle costing under £20 for 5 litres, which works out to somewhere between 30p and 60p for that same 500ml depending on how strong you mix it. Ready-to-use has a genuine convenience case for a quick single job, but it's not the economical choice for a car you're cleaning every week.

The mistake most people make with an MPC isn't using the wrong product, it's using the right product at the wrong strength on the wrong surface, and the damage is often invisible at first.
