Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us immediately at support@cadetailing.co.uk with your order number and what you'd like to change or cancel.

We always do our best, but orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been processed, packed or collected by the courier, we may not be able to cancel or change it. In that case you can receive it and use our normal returns process.

Your cancellation is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from our team.
