Do I need to return a free gift?

If your order came with a free gift and you return part of it, check the order value afterwards (before shipping):

• If it's still above the free gift threshold, keep the gift.
• If it's now below the threshold, please return the gift too, unused and in its original packaging. If it isn't returned, we may deduct its retail value from your refund.
