How do I return an item?

You can return items within 14 days of the date of delivery.

What can be returned

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.

Items that have been used or aren't in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Starting a return

1. Email support@cadetailing.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.
2. Our team will guide you through the return and give you a return authorisation.
3. Send the item back using a tracked and insured service (insured up to the value of the items).

Return postage is paid by the customer. We can't be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the post unless we provided the return label.
