Had problems with the Royal Mail, CA Detailing sorted it quickly!!!
Already had the standard trigger gun but the Swivel Trigger is much more manageable so much so that have also purchased the upgrade kit for the standard gun.
The new larger Nozzle kit just makes the job so much easier would recommend upgrading to both.
Over the moon with the products..makes car cleaning a pleasure..karcher seems to supply a steadier pressure as well now due to more flow in the larger diameter pipe
Purchased to try something new, product on a par with other products used and service from CA Detailing was exceptional

Used a few different finishers on the interior before and this is by far the best IMO. Its a semi-matt finish which is exactly what I was looking for. TBH, everything is use from Koch Chemie just seems to work really well. Recommended for interior.

Great products first time using the website it did not disappoint. Minor delay on postage but not their fault but Royal Mail’s. Royal Mail couldnt deliver it next day for whatever reason but got it the following day. Will be picking more stuff later from here

I recently had my car ceramic coated. Not cheap but amazing result. I wanted to protect my investment so took advice, from my detailer, about the best way to protect the coating. He recommended Gyeon Q2M foam as a non aggressive but very effective foam to use on my car. I am very pleased with the results. The cannon coats the whole car with a comprehensive covering of foam which takes several minutes to slide down the bodywork. A good rinse, I use a low setting on my washer, and a quick dry with a good quality towel and job done. Great performance from a great product.

I use Koch Chemie QS regularly when I don't need to use FSE. Can be a little grabby but is still quality.

I recently bought 5 of these bottles, 4 x 500ml and 1 x 1L. These are quality mixer bottles. Made of a strong and very sturdy plastic.
I was really pleased with the quality.
The only drawback is the non chemical trigger head. ( "Please note: these bottles are NOT supplied with a chemical resistant trigger but are instead sent with a non-chemical resistant spray head* )
The product I received meets and exceeds my expectations. It was very easy to set up and easy to use.
