Product information

Koch Chemie RRR Reactive Rust Remover is a pH-neutral reactive decontamination cleaner designed to remove iron fallout, metal particles, burnt-in brake dust and superficial rust contamination from painted surfaces, glass and wheels.

The formula reacts with iron contamination and turns violet as it works, helping dissolve bonded contamination so it can be rinsed away safely.

How To Use

  1. Spray evenly onto the affected area.
  2. Allow the product to react for approximately 3–6 minutes.
  3. Agitate if required.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
  5. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Important – Please Read Before Use

This product is designed for surface decontamination.

It is not a rust converter, rust stabiliser, primer or bodywork corrosion repair product.

Do not use it as a treatment for:

  • Rusted wheel arches or body panels
  • Structural corrosion
  • Sanded or freshly exposed bare steel
  • Areas where paint has been removed
  • Long-term corrosion protection

If the metal has already been sanded back or corrosion has penetrated through the paint, a dedicated rust removal/conversion system followed by suitable primer and protection should be used instead.

For best results, use Koch Chemie RRR where the issue is iron contamination, brake dust or superficial rust staining sitting on the surface, rather than corrosion developing within the metal itself.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same working day. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-3 working days.

Delivery to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may incur a delivery charge and delivery may be delayed by a few days.

How do I return a product?

Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, sealed and include all the original packaging.
